Hunting Las Terceras
When we go into Las Terceras lands, rabbits, partridges and hares put their heads out, curious, in the middle of the arid landscape.
Las Terceras, besides elaborating artisan Manchego cheese and engaging in agriculture and livestock, it is also a natural area of hunting with a surface of approximately 1,300 hectares for hunting.
The season starts in October and ends in mid-February, a period in which our farm has a large number of small game species such as partridge, rabbit, hare and pigeon.
During these months, Las Terceras offers the possibility to enjoy this noble sport in the middle of La Mancha and at the same time to appreciate the development of a genuine Manchego cheese. This is an irresistible combination to enjoy the pleasures of yesteryear in a natural landscape.
