Tasting of Las Terceras and Castro y González in Seville
Las Terceras has presented at the Arte Vivo gastronomic club of Sevilla a selection of its gourmet cheeses, among which the Hard-cured Artisan Manchego Cheese P.D.O. made with unpasteurized milk has stood out as a special piece.
The event was aimed at food professionals and the general public interested in gourmet food. The guests also enjoyed a tasting of Acorn-fed Iberian ham Castro y González from Guijuelo, which presented, along with Las Terceras, its special product to the select group.
