Las Terceras wins the Silver Medal at the International Cheese Awards
Las Terceras Hard-Cured Artisan Manchego Cheese has won the Silver Medal at the International Cheese Awards, celebrated from Tuesday 24th to Wednesday 25th July 2018 in Nantwich, Cheshire, England.
Specifically, our Hard-Cured Manchego Cheese made with raw milk and with a maturation period of seven months, has won in the category of Cheese produced by small producers, supporting, in this way, its quality of artisanal cheese.
The jury of this edition was made up of 250 cheese experts from all over the world, who have chosen the Las Terceras cheese from more than 5,500 different cheeses from 27 different countries around the world.
The International Cheese Awards is held since 1897 and it is one of the most important cheese events in the United Kingdom and one of the most important cheese events on the global level.
