Las Terceras satisfied with the 36th edition of Salón Gourmets

At Las Terceras we are delighted to have taken our PDO Manchego cheese to the 36th edition of the Salón Gourmets.

The fair, dedicated to quality food, was held between the 17th and 20st of April in IFEMA Madrid, with the presence of more than 2000 exhibiting companies, more than 100,000 visitors and has shown about 55,000 products.

It is worth mentioning the visit to our stand of Miguel Ángel Expósito, Michelin-starred chef of the Retama Restaurant located in the Hotel La Caminera Club de Campo in Torrenueva, and David Arroyo, manager of the Hospedería de Santa Elena in San Carlos del Valle, two of the most important gastronomic references of Castilla La Mancha.

Las Terceras bids farewell to these fruitful days at IFEMA with its sights set on next year's 37th edition.
