Las Terceras opens year with Designation of Origin Queso Manchego

Las Terceras cheeses have been qualified with Manchego Cheese PDO's distinction.

The Manchego Cheese PDO Regulating Council’s label has taken into account the characteristics of pure Manchega sheep's milk, the cheese's atributes at the end of their maturation, the physical and chemical characteristics, the microbiological limits as well as their organoleptic properties to grant certification.
