Gold in Concours International de Lyon 2025
Lyon is considered by many to be the capital of French gastronomy, and if there is one thing the French boast about, it is their love of cheese. Every year, the Lyon dairy competition is France's most international event, showcasing the culinary expertise of one of the world's leading cheese-consuming countries.
Las Terceras has had the honour of winning the highest award in the competition. The gold medal went to its cured Manchego cheese Las Terceras DOP.
