España Directo TV program visits Las Terceras
Last week Las Terceras was the main set of España Directo TV program from Televisión Española.
The team of the popular TV magazine visited Las Terceras last Friday June 2 in order to make a tour through the agriculture and livestock of Las Terceras farm with special emphasis on the process of mowing and baling the fodder which is used to feed our cattle, and it is an indispensable element for the quality and flavor of our Manchego cheeses P.D.O.
Once the cereal harvest was filmed, the program also went through the facilities dedicated to the milking of the sheeps, the cheese factory and the maturation chambers of our cheeses. In short, they saw the whole process of making our Manchego cheese.
